This is how working with us works

Four steps. Your first point of contact is Deborah, and everything about a client goes through their client manager.

    Contact is made about a mutual client

    • Your first point of contact is Deborah.
    Who you'll deal with: Deborah
  2. 02

    You are put through to the client manager

    • By email, phone or in person — usually at a review or onboarding meeting.
  3. 03

    You liaise with the client manager

    • Anything concerning a client is raised with the manager directly.
  4. 04

    Reviews, meetings and appointments get arranged

    • Trust and a working relationship are built over time, and issues are dealt with as they come up.

What does this mean?

  • One named client manager per client, so you are never chasing a switchboard.
  • Reviews, meetings and appointments are arranged around your diary where we can.
  • Concerns are raised with the client manager and dealt with directly.
